If you want the best training available for Breaking Red, come to the source!

The schedule of a tactical/outdoor athlete can be very sporadic. The ability to stay on a strict weekly schedule is difficult at best.  A successful program needs to be flexible. It is also important to be able to modify the intensity of training depending on recovery status and phase of training. For most day-to-day operations, a certain level of fitness is required but at times that need changes. Whether preparing for the job, competition, a fitness test, or preparing for selection course

Virtual Coaching is more than just posting a workout with drills. We’re redefining what being coached at virtually looks like. We will guide you every step of the way, as we work together to build a plan that works for and is specifically designed for you.

Breaking Red Training can be done with what works with your schedule and current physical capabilities. We are rooted in the foundations of functional movements executed at high intensity in coordination with marksmanship fundamentals. And that is precisely how we can best influence our athletes—tactical/outdoor or otherwise. Our goal is to simply be the best professionals for you that we can be and emphasize exactly what we know works.

This generally leads to basic things we would see in any other specific population:

  • Improving strength and speed.
  • Improving conditioning.
  • Restoring joint ROM/tissue quality as needed.
  • Improving critical thinking and fine motor skills under stress
  • Due to the nature of online programming and risk liability:

CFCS is not an online firearms training program. We do however, offer online weapons familiarization and dry-fire only exercises in conjunction with our physical fitness training to help you prepare for your next competition.

Weapons safety is YOUR responsibility! Before handling any firearms, ensure that all firearms have been confirmed cleared and are ready for dry-fire exercises.
